In the classroom we will cover equipment selection, firearm safety, loading and unloading, proper grip and trigger squeeze, and drawing from the holster. Range time will emphasis safe, accurate & fast shooting; tightening groups, smooth drawing from the holster. The greater part of the time will focus on developing your confidence and skills.
It is highly recommended that shooters be familiar with the controls of their weapon and have shot it before the course. Shooters must have a belt holster and will need 150 rnds of ammo.
A semi-automatic handgun,
A Belt or Leg holster,
150 rounds of ammunition,
At least 1 extra magazine,
A pouch for the magazine(s).
Also ear and eye protection will be required.
