Safety briefings will be given from 15:45 and prior to each squad moving into the range.
Pre Registration cost is $25 for AAAA/LRGI members
Registration on the day and for all others $35, $100 for all Team Entries(4person team)
The shooting will be at 11yrds at Steel Plate Racks with 6 plates to knock down. Each contestant will get 2 attempts for a best time.
Shooting will be divided up into 2 classes for individual and team event
Race Gun & Optic and Service Pistol
Definition Race Gun and Optic: Any handgun that has been Tuned Modified or built for Competitive shooting with or without an optical sight.
Definition Service Pistol: Any Handgun as issued to Police or Military. A mass produced pistol unmodified from standard, Iron Sights only.
Contestants will load at the firing line and start from the low ready, no drawing from the holster. Contestants will be cleared weapon unloaded, before leaving the firing line.
Mag Reloads and Speed loaders a Necessity

Weapon: Any handgun, muzzle energy <44Mag, 45acp OK. No Minimum caliber 22LR will only knock down the plates if the plate is stuck in the top third.
Draw: No drawing from holster, start from ready
Sights: Any, optics ok
Round Count : 6 hits each engagement
Extra Mags/Speed Loaders : Needed
Timed: Yes ,Max 30 secs
Distance: 11yrds

Pizza and Beer will be available to competitors after shooting.
Practice time will be available on the day from 1200 to 1530 at no extra charge.
